Also watch out for www.adslguide.com - I think it's a commercial site cashing in on the success of the original. Claims to let you 'find and compare all the major broadband services'. But when you compare with those recommended by users on ThinkBroadband.com there are quite a few left out!

Tried making this the other day...several things to note:

1)The recipe in the book lists Port as one of the ingredients - guess who didn't read the recipe all the way through and bought a seemingly unneccessary bottle of port? Doh! (Tastes OK tho!)

2) When it says continue sweating the onions and sausage I think you'd have to let them fry a bit more than just sweating to get the chorizo looking like it does in the picture in the book.

3) If someone else is getting the cabbage, make sure they understand you need green cabbage! it really doesn't look so nice with white!
