Not that I'm looking for more things to do, but this sort of 'holiday' might be quite interesting. Trouble is how do you balance ~?1500 with a couple of weeks in Lanzarote for ?400 ? (& some new kites!!)

An interesting bloggie, possibly could do with a ''This website can seriously damage your wallet'' warning. Oh and the writing is a bit small for my ageing mince pies. YYY I know I can click on View>Text Size>Larger, but why should I have to - dammit! ;)

Madrid

Well, it was nice to see Democracy hold its calm dignified head above the trickle (it can't be called a sea - and by no means does this detract from the significance of each one those killed or injured) of terror launched at it yet again. Deepest sympathy with those affected and involved.

I note that only bits of the wonderful company I work for observed the 3 minute silence yesterday. Well heigh ho! Thats the sort of caring place it is - Building a safer world my ****!

Cool blog on the legal issues surrounding the SCO claim on certain bits of Linux. I don't pretend to understand eve half of it, but its good to see blogs reporting on important things rather than this sort of blather.
